The LTM4650AEV DC/DC μModule® regulator is a dual-channel 25A or single-channel 50A output power module. The LTM4650AEV includes a switch controller, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. External compensation allows for a fast transient response to minimize the output capacitance when powering the FPGA, ASIC and processor.

Output voltage range: 0.6V to 5.5V

It has a maximum total DC output error of ±1% across the entire voltage, load and temperature range

Compared with LTM4650-1, LTM4650AEV has a higher light-load efficiency and a wider VOUT range

It can achieve multi-phase parallel current sharing (up to 300A)
