The LTM4650AIV is a dual-channel 25A or single-channel 50A output switch-mode step-down DC/DC μModule® (micro module) regulator with a total DC output error of ±1%. The package is built-in with a switch controller, power FET, inductor and all supporting components. The LTM4650AIV can operate within an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V and supports two output voltages ranging from 0.6V to 5.5V (each set by a single external resistor).
