CLA4603-085LF is a surface-mount (SMT) low-capacitance silicon PIN limiting diode designed for high-frequency, high-power limiting applications from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. The device is packaged in a 3-QFN (2x2mm) package, featuring ultra-low junction capacitance (0.4pF @6V) and low series resistance (2Ω @10mA), making it suitable for RF front-end protection circuits in 5G base stations, radar systems, satellite communications, and other applications.
