The TLI4965-5M is a high-precision low-power unipolar Hall-effect switching sensor IC element ‌ for 5V applications with a high-precision switching threshold for an operating temperature of up to 125°C.

The target application of the TLI4965-5M Hall switch is all applications that require a high-precision Hall switch with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. TLI4965-5M is a unipolar switch, with a typical operating point BOP of 7.5mT and a hysteresis Bhys of 2.5mT. It is highly suitable for various position detection applications, such as gearshift levers, steering locks or brake lights.
