LMQ66430MC3RXBRQ1 A 36V, 3A (available in 2A and 1A models) synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with built-in integrated bypass and bootstrap capacitors.  These devices are packaged in enhanced HotRod™ QFN.  The converter is simple to use and supports a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 36V (after startup or operation), with transient voltages up to 42V.

The LMQ664x0 is designed to meet the low standby power requirements of normally open industrial applications.  Automatic mode enables frequency return-back at light load, 1.5µA no load current consumption at 13.5VIN and high light load efficiency.
