The DIR9001PWR is a digital audio interface receiver that receives a 28 kHz to 108 kHz sampling frequency, 24-bit data word, dual-phase encoded signal.The DIR9001PWR complies with IEC60958-3, JEITA CPR-1205, AES3, and EBUtech3250 standards and can be used in a variety of applications that require a digital audio interface.
The DIR9001PWR supports a variety of output system clocks and output data formats for flexible use in a wide range of applications. Since all functions provided by the DIR9001PWR can be directly controlled via the control pins, it can easily be used in applications without a microcontroller. In addition, since dedicated pins are provided for the channel status bits and user data bits, their information can be easily processed by connecting a microcontroller, DSP, or other device.
Without the use of an internal actual sampling frequency calculator, the decoding operation of the DIR9001PWR does not require an external clock source or resonator. As a result, system costs can be reduced.
The DIR9001PWR's operating temperature range is specified from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for automotive applications.
