HDC2010YPAR is an integrated humidity and temperature sensor that uses ultra compact WLCSP (wafer level chip level package) to provide high-precision measurements with ultra-low power consumption. The sensing element of HDC2010YPAR is located at the bottom of the device, which helps HDC2010 resist the influence of dust, dirt, and other environmental pollutants, making it more stable and reliable. This capacitive sensor includes new integrated digital features and heating elements for dissipating condensation and moisture. The HDC2010YPAR digital features include programmable interrupt thresholds, allowing for alarm/system wake-up without the need for a microcontroller to continuously monitor the system. Meanwhile, HDC2010YPAR features programmable sampling intervals, low inherent power consumption, and supports a 1.8V power supply voltage, making it highly suitable for battery powered systems.

HDC2010YPAR provides high-precision measurement capabilities for various environmental monitoring applications and the Internet of Things (IoT), such as smart thermostats, smart home assistants, and wearable devices. HDC2010YPAR can also be used to provide critical temperature and humidity data for cold chain transportation and storage of perishable goods, to help ensure fresh delivery of products such as food and medicine.

HDC2010YPAR has been factory calibrated with a temperature accuracy of 0.2 ° C and a relative humidity accuracy of 2%.
