The HDC3022QDEJRQ1 is an integrated capacitor-based relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensor. The device provides high measurement accuracy over a wide supply voltage range (1.62V to 5.5V) and ultra-low power consumption in a compact 2.5mm × 2.5mm package.
