The Silicon Labs EFM8BB51F16I-C-QFN20R is Busy Bee MCU includes on-chip power-on reset, voltage supply monitor, watchdog timer, and integrated clock oscillator. The flash memory can be reprogrammed in-circuit, provides non-volatile data storage, and allows for field upgrades of the firmware. The on-chip debug interface (C2) allows in-circuit debugging (without using on-chip resources) using the production MCU installed in the final application. This debug logic supports checking and modifying memory and registers, setting breakpoints, single stepping, and run and stop commands. All analogue and digital peripherals are fully functional during debugging.
The EFM8BB51F16I-C-QFN20R MCU is available in a 20-pin QFN package. The device is rated to operate from 1.8V to 5.5V.
