The PSoC™4100S product family is a member of the PSoC™4 platform architecture. It combines a microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, a capacitive touch sensing system (CAPSENSE™) with best-in-class performance, programmable universal continuous time and switched capacitor analog modules, and programmable connectivity. The CY8C4146LQE-S423T microcontroller features an ARM® Cortex-M0 + 32-bit core operating at frequencies up to 48MHz, which is AEC-Q100 compliant.
