Product Description

The MIMXRT106FCVL5B is a new processor family featuring NXP's advanced ArmCortex®-M7 core. It runs at speeds that deliver high CPU performance and optimal real-time response, features 1 MB of on-chip RAM, 512 KB flexibly configurable as TCM or general-purpose on-chip RAM, and an additional 512 KB of general-purpose on-chip RAM, and integrates an advanced power management module, DCDC, and LDOs to reduce external power supply complexity and simplify power sequencing.


The MIMXRT106FCVL5B also offers a variety of memory interfaces including SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, NOR, SD/eMMC, Quad SPI, and a variety of other interfaces for connecting peripherals. Various other interfaces for connecting peripherals such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, display and camera.
