The MAX2078CTK front-end is a fully integrated bipolar, high-density, eight-channel ultrasound receiver optimized for low-cost, multi-channel, high-performance portable and on-board ultrasound systems. The easy-to-use MAX2078CTK allows users to achieve high-end 2D, PW, and CW Doppler (CWD) imaging with less space and power.
The MAX2078CTK complete ultrasonic imaging receiving channel is optimized for second harmonic imaging, with a second harmonic distortion of -64dBFS for an output signal of 1VP-P 5MHz. The bipolar ultrasound front end is optimized for excellent low-speed PW and color fluid Doppler detection sensitivity, as well as a 140dBc/Hz near-carrier SNR at 5MHz 1VP-P clutter output and 1kHz frequency bias.
