The ADUC7023BCBZ62I is a high-performance embedded microcontroller belonging to the ADuC7023 family. ‌ADUC7023BCBZ62I integrates a 1 MSPS, 12-bit data acquisition system with a high-performance multi-channel ADC, a 16-bit / 32-bit MCU, and Flash/EE memory. The ADC has up to 12 single-ended input channels and another four channels can be multiplexed with four DAC output pins, supporting single-ended and differential input modes with input voltage ranges from 0 V to VREF. The ADC is also equipped with a low drift bandgap reference voltage source, a temperature sensor, and a voltage comparator ‌.
