The ADUC841BCPZ62-3 combines a high-performance self-calibrating multi-channel ADC, a dual-channel DAC, and an optimized single-cycle 20 MHz 8-bit MCU (compatible with the 8051 instruction set) on a single chip.

The clock of the ADUC841BCPZ62-3 is provided by an external crystal oscillator with a maximum frequency of 20 MHz. The device uses an optimized 8052 core for peak performance up to 20 MIPS. The ADUC841BCPZ62-3 also includes additional analog capabilities, two 12-bit Dacs, a power monitor, and a band-gap voltage reference source. The on-chip digital peripherals include two 16-bit sigma-δ types. DAC, 1 dual-channel output 16-bit PWM, 1 watchdog timer, 1 time interval counter, 3 timers/counters and 3 serial I/O ports (SPI, I2C and UART).
