The ADUC831BSZ is a fully integrated 247 kSPS data acquisition system that integrates a high-performance self-calibrating multi-channel 12-bit ADC, dual-channel 12-bit DAC, and a programmable 8-bit MCU in a single chip.

The ADUC831BSZ microcontroller has an 8052 core, so the 8051 instruction set per machine cycle is compatible with 12 kernel clock cycles. 62 KB of non-volatile Flash/EE program memory is integrated on chip. On chip, 4 kB of non-volatile Flash/EE data memory, 256 bytes of RAM, and 2 kB of extended RAM are integrated simultaneously.

The ADUC831BSZ microcontroller is rated to operate from 3 V to 5 V over an extended industrial temperature range and is available in a 52-pin plastic square flat package.
