BUK6Y14-40PX (40V) P-channel channel MOSFETs are designed to comply with AEC-Q101 standards for high performance automotive applications. The MOSFET is packaged in LFPAK56 (Power SO8) Surface mount device (SMD) plastic with excellent thermal power dissipation performance.
