The AQR115C-B1-I is a single-port 10Gbps / 5Gbps / 2.5Gbps / 1Gbps / 100Mbps / 10Mbps Ethernet PHY transceiver with multi-gigabit in a compact 7 mm x 7 mm BGA package to meet a wide range of network connectivity applications and speed requirements.

The AQR115C-B1-I--AQrate PHY complies with the IEEE 802.3bz standard PHY specification and performs 10GBASET/5GBASE-T/ 2.5GBASE-T/1000BASE-T/ 100BASE-TX/10BASE-Te over twisted pair over 100 metres.
