ACEPACK 2 power modules are 1200V modules with integrated SiC power MOSFET technology. These power modules support the characteristics of wide band gap silicon carbide materials and high thermal performance substrates .

The A2F12M12W2-F1 module has a 4 group topology. ACEEPACK 2 has a low cell area on-resistance and good, almost temperature independent switching performance. The power supply module has a typical operating RDS(on) of 13mΩ, a drain current (Id) of 75A, a maximum junction temperature (TJ ) of 175°C and a voltage insulation of 2.5kVrms. The ACEEPACK 2 module is available with crimped contact pins for DC/DC converters.
