The CY62167G30-45ZXI is a high-performance CMOS Low Power (MoBL®) SRAM device with embedded ECC. The device supports single - and dual-chip enable options and multiple pin configurations. The CY62167GE device has an ERR pin to notify single-bit error detection and correction events in the read cycle. Single-chip enabled devices can be accessed by setting the chip enable input (CE) to low. The dual-chip enable device can be accessed by setting both chip enable inputs - CE1 to low and CE2 to high.
