The AD9363BBCZ is a high-performance, highly integrated RF agile transceiver designed for 3G and 4G femtocellular applications. The device's programmability and broadband capabilities make it ideal for a variety of transceiver applications. The AD9363 operates in the 325 MHz to 3.8 GHz frequency range, covering most of the licensed and unlicensed bands. Supported channel bandwidths range from below 200 kHz to 20 MHz.
