The FS650R08A4P2 750V HybridPACK™ driver module is an ultra-compact power module optimised for hybrid and electric vehicle main inverter applications (xEV). hybridPACK drivers are equipped with mechanically guided elements to support simple assembly processes. In addition, the press-fit pins of the signal terminals avoid time-consuming selective soldering processes, thus saving costs at system level and increasing system reliability.

The leaded FS820R08A6P2B (820 A/750 V) is a six-unit module optimised for use in 150 kW inverters. The power module uses EDT2 IGBT chip generation technology, an automotive Micro-Pattern Trench-Field-Stop battery design. The EDT2 IGBT also offers excellent light-load power losses, helping to significantly improve the efficiency of the system during real-world cycles. The chipset is optimised for switching frequencies in the 10kHz range.
