The NAFE73388B40BSK is a highly configurable, industrial-grade, multi-channel, general-purpose input analog front-end (AFE) that meets high-precision measurement requirements. The device integrates a low leakage high voltage (HV) fast multiplexer, low offset and low drift programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs) and buffers, a high data rate 24-bit Δ-∑ analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), accurate voltage and current excitation sources, and a low drift voltage reference. All high-voltage analogue pins are protected by internal diodes to prevent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and wiring errors.
The NAFE73388B40BSK is equipped with various diagnostic and power supply monitoring circuits for condition monitoring and anomaly detection. Two accurate calibration voltage sources are provided for end-to-end system self-calibration and predictive maintenance.
The NAFE73388B40BSK supports high speed data rates up to 576 kSPS. Designed for programmable logic controllers (PLCs), I/O modules, data loggers, instrumentation, and high-precision sensors and data acquisition systems.
