The CY14V101QS-BK108XI device is a 1Mb four-channel SPI NVSRAM non-volatile memory with a QPI interface. Qpis enable memory read and write operations in single-way (using one I/O channel per clock cycle to transmit one bit), dual-way (using two I/O channels per clock cycle to transmit two bits), or four-way (using four I/O channels per clock cycle to transmit four bits) configurations by using specific arithmetic codes. The memory comes in a 128Kbytes structure, each containing SRAM and non-volatile SONOS FLASH Quantum Trap memory units.
