Product Description

The S25FL064LABMFM000 NOR Flash memory family is based on 65nm process lithography and floating-gate technology.The FL-L series connects to the host system via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI).The FL-L series supports traditional SPI units (single I/O or SIO) as well as optional 2-bit (dual I/O or DIO). In addition, it supports 4-bit wide Quad I/O (QIO) and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) commands.
