The MSC080SMA120B4 device is a 1200V, 37A N-channel SiCFET MOSFET device in a TO-247-4 pin package. The silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET has excellent dynamic and thermal properties, including low capacitance, low gate charge, fast switching speed and good avalanche resistance. Typical applications include smart grid transmission and distribution, induction heating and welding, power supply and distribution.
