The MMA029AA wideband MMIC amplifier with PLFX is designed for general-purpose wideband applications in RF and microwave communications, test equipment and military systems. By using specific external components, the operating bandwidth can be extended below 40MHz.

The MMA029AA is a broadband MMIC amplifier. The amplifier uses a Microsemi PLFX (Passive Low Frequency Expansion) circuit designed to reduce the integration cost of the amplifier. PLFX isolates the amplifier from the bias inductor resonance, allowing cheaper coils to be used.
