The STM32WBA50KGU6 is an ultra-low power Arm Cortex-M33 TZ MCU 100 MHz with 1 MB flash memory, Bluetooth LE 5.4, 802.15.4, Zigbee.

The STM32WBA family is powered by the Arm®Cortex® -M33 core using TrustZone® technology, which provides a high level of security, protects data and IP, and prevents hacking or device cloning. The STM32WBA wireless MCU is embedded with 1Mbyte flash memory and 128Kbyte RAM in QFN48 and QFN32 packages. The STM32WBA component utilizes the STM32U5 architecture to provide an ultra-low power platform and inherited digital/analog peripherals for applications ranging from industrial to smart home and consumer markets.
