The STM32WBA55UEI6 is a wireless 100 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 Trust Zone MCU with 512 KB Flash memory and support for Bluetooth LE 5.4, 802.15.4 and Zigbee.

The device integrates a Bluetooth® low power 2.4GHz radio frequency and supports the use of proprietary protocols.

Based on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M33 32-bit RICS kernel, the STM32WBA55UE features a single-precision floating-point arithmetic unit (FPU) that supports all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. The core also has a complete DSP (digital signal processing) instruction set and a memory protection unit (MPU) for enhanced application security.
