The STM32U031x series offers up to 64 KB of Flash memory and up to 12 KB of SRAM in eight packages, including 20 to 64 pin TSSOP, WLCSP, UFQFPN, LQFP and UFBGA packages.  

The STM32U031x device provides:

12-bit ADC, a built-in rail-to-rail analog comparator, an operational amplifier

One low-power RTC, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one 16-bit PWM timer specifically for motor control, three general-purpose 16-bit timers and two 16-bit low-power timers

Up to 21 capacitive sensing channels

Three I2C, two SPI, four USART and two low power UART.
