TMS320VC5507ZAYR fixed-point DSP is based on TMS320C55x DSP generation CPU processor core. By enhancing parallel capabilities and reducing power consumption across the board, the TMS320C55x DSP architecture delivers high performance and low power consumption.

The TMS320C55x CPU offers two multiplication accumulation (MAC) units, each capable of 17-bit by 17-bit multiplication in a single cycle.
