Overview:

The OSFP cable assembly, a major technological innovation in the connector industry, is compatible with PCIe® Gen 5 and will in the future support 112G/lane and 224G/lane signaling protocols, providing up to 400G, 800G and 1.6T total bandwidth in each cable assembly. This cable assembly is available in a passive version, and an active version is coming soon.
