Product Description

The STM32L471ZGT6 32-bit MCU+FPU is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core, operating at up to 80 MHz. The Cortex-M4 core has single floating point unit (SFPU) precision and supports all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. Simultaneous execution of a full set of DSP instructions and memory protection. A full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) are executed simultaneously to enhance application security.

The STM32L471ZGT6 microcontroller is based on a new ultra-low power platform with FlexPowerControl. The STM32L4 outperforms the market in the area of ultra-low power consumption with an EEMBC ULPBench score of 150 ULPBench™-CP.

It offers up to 2 megabytes of Flash memory (dual banks) and up to 640K bytes of SRAM. it delivers 100DMIPS/273 CoreMark thanks to the 80MHz ST ART Accelerator™. the performance of the entire system is optimised using the multi-AHB bus matrix and DMA controller.

The STM32L4 microcontroller can be used to replace current designs using the STM32F4 for low power consumption features. It has pin-to-pin compatibility and can replace the STM32F4 without changing the board layout.
