The MPQ79500FS-AEC1 is a 6-channel voltage monitor designed for automotive safety applications. Each voltage monitor input can be configured with overvoltage (OV) and undervoltage (UV) thresholds for both high precision high frequency (HF) and low frequency (LF) voltage monitoring.

With integrated functional safety features such as built-in self-test (BIST) and diagnostics and write protection, this ASIL-certified device supports applications with automotive safety integrity levels up to ASIL-D.
