The CY15V108QN-50BKXI is a low-power 8-Mbit non-volatile memory using an advanced ferroelectric process. Ferroelectric random access memory, or F-RAM, is non-volatile and reads and writes like RAM. It provides 151 years of reliable data retention while eliminating the complexity, overhead, and system-level reliability issues associated with serial flash, EEPROM, and other non-volatile memories.
