RV1S9231ACCSP-10YV#SC0 is an optically coupled isolator containing an AlGaAs LED on the input side and a photodiode, a signal processing circuit and power MOSFETs on the output side on one chip. The RV1S9231ACCSP-10YV#SC0 is designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity (CMR) and high switching speed. It is suitable for driving IGBTs.
