The 88MW322-A0-NXUC WLAN microcontroller system-on-chip (SoC) is highly integrated and low-power, making it an ideal solution for low-cost, high-efficiency smart device, appliance and energy applications.

The 88MW322-A0-NXUC application subsystem features an ARM Cortex-M4F CPU operating at up to 200 MHz, which supports an integrated 512 KB SRAM, 128 KB shielded ROM, and a QSPI interface to external flash memory. The integrated Flash controller with 32 KB SRAM cache supports Flash firmware execution in place (XIP).
