The MMA022AA is a low noise amplifier designed for low noise, flat gain and good return loss at 30 GHz (DC-30 GHz) for RF and microwave communications, test equipment and military systems. The amplifier has typical gains of 2.5dB NF and 17dB in the 6-20 GHZ range and 16dB in the 0.04-30 GHZ range. By using specific external components, the operating bandwidth can be extended below 40MHz.
