The MMA040AA is a low-noise distributed amplifier chip operating in the frequency range DC to 28 GHz, providing a flat gain of 16.5 dB, a noise figure of 2.5 dB, and 27 dBm OIP3, with a power consumption of only 60 mA when powered from an 8 V supply. Compact chip size and internally matched I/o up to 50 ohms for easy integration into MCM. Ideal for test instruments and electronic warfare applications.
