The MMA041AA is a low-noise distributed amplifier chip that operates in the frequency range DC to 26 GHz. The amplifier provides a flat gain of 18 dB, a noise figure of 3.2 dB, and an output power of 22 dBm (1 dBm gain compression). The MMA041AA amplifier has an internally matched 50ω RF I/O for easy integration into the MCM. Ideal for test instrumentation and communications infrastructure applications.
