The LSF0101 level converter supports bi-directional voltage conversion without the need for a DIR pin, minimising system workload (for PMBus, I2C, SMBus, etc.). With capacitive loads ≤ 30pF, the LSF0101 supports step-up conversion up to 100MHz and step-down conversion above 100MHz. In addition, these devices support up to 40MHz boost/buck conversion at 50pF capacitive load. These features allow the devices to support a wider range of consumer or telecom interfaces (MDIO or SDIO). Support for 5V tolerance of the I/O ports makes them compatible with TTL levels in industrial and telecom applications. The LSF010x-Q1 device is compliant with AEC-Q100 standards for automotive applications.
