The RAA7881562GSU 5V full-duplex powered RS-485/422 transceiver features high output drive and high EFT and ESD protection. The device is immune to ±5kV IEC 61000-4-4 EFT transients and can withstand up to ±16.5kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD shocks without latching.
