The RAA7881532GSP is a 5V full duplex powered RS-485/422 transceiver with high output drive, high EFT and ESD protection. The device can withstand ±5kV IEC 61000-4-4 EFT transients and up to ±16.5kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD shocks without latch-up.
