The RAA7881522GSP 5V half-duplex powered RS-485/422 transceiver features high output drive, high EFT and ESD protection. The device can withstand ±5kV IEC 61000-4-4 EFT transients and up to ±16.5kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD shocks without latch-up.

The RAA78815x family consists of half-duplex and full-duplex transceivers with an active-high driver enable pin and an active-low receiver enable pin. These transceivers support data rates of 115kbps, 1Mbps, and 20Mbps with stable performance over the -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range.
