The AT32UC3A0128-ALUR AT32UC3 AVR 32-bit MCU is designed to achieve high data throughput, low power consumption and excellent computing performance. The MCU family features high connectivity, Ethernet MAC and SDRAM interfaces that support USB devices and hosts. Thanks to these communication features as well as fast flash memory and large internal SRAM, the device is ideal for data-intensive applications.
