The WFM200S022XNN3 Wi-Fi® SiP (System-in-Package) module is an ultra-low-power transceiver module for IoT and Wi-Fi applications.The WFM200S features a 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n radio (MAC and PHY layers) optimised for low power consumption and optimal RF performance in congested RF environments, and supports Linux-based and RTOS-based hosts for complete Wi-Fi solutions. The device integrates a balanced-unbalanced converter, T/R switch, LNA, and PA, and is available with or without an integrated antenna for maximum flexibility. The device supports coexistence with external 2.4 GHz transceivers through the PTA interface.

The WFM200S Series 2 Wi-Fi® SiP module is available in a 6.5mm x 6.5mm LGA58 package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
