The CC1200RHBT device is a fully integrated single-chip RF transceiver designed to achieve high performance with very low power consumption and low voltage operation in cost effective wireless systems. All filters are integrated so that expensive external surface acoustic wave (SAW) and intermediate frequency (IF) filters are not required. The devices are primarily used in ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) and in the SRD (Short Range Device) bands of 164-190MHz, 410-475MHz and 820-950MHz.

The CC1200RHBT devices provide extensive hardware support for packet processing, data buffering, burst transmission, idle channel evaluation, link quality indication and radio wake-up. The main operating parameters of the CC1200 devices can be controlled by the SPI interface. In a typical system, the CC1200 device will be used with a microcontroller and very few external passive components.
