The RGS30TSX2GC11 field terminated trench IGBTs are 10µs SCSOA (Short Circuit Safe Operating Area) guaranteed insulated gate bipolar transistors suitable for use in general purpose inverters, UPS, PV inverters and power conditioner applications. With low conduction losses, they help reduce size and improve efficiency. These devices use primitive trench gate and thin wafer technology.
