The LAN8820-ABZJ is a low-power 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet Physical Layer (PHY) transceiver that is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3 and 802.3ab standards.

The LAN8820-ABZJ can be configured to communicate with Ethernet MACs through a standard RGMII interface. It includes a full-duplex transceiver that operates at 1000Mbps over four pairs of Category 5 or better balanced twisted pair cable. All digital interface pins are voltage tolerant to 3.6V according to the IEEE 802.3-2005 standard.
