The BCM54220SB0IFBG is a fully integrated dual copper/fiber Gigabit Ethernet transceiver that supports Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE), and IEEE 1588v2 standards. PHY performs all the physical layer functions of 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX 1000BASE-T on standard Class 5e UTP cables. PHY performs all the physical layer functions of 100BASE-FX, 1000BASE-X, and SGMI-Slave. The BCM54220S supports SGMII and RGMII industry standards.

Functions of the BCM54220S
