The NAVITAS NV6136A has a built-in 170mΩ GaN switching tube in a QFN6*8 package. The built-in driver supports 10-30V supply and 2MHz switching frequency. The chip also integrates more efficient protection and driver circuitry inside the chip, providing comprehensive protection functions.
